What is the best way to get started ?
There are several ways. You can call or text us at (205) 792-7927 or you can fill out a form on here. We will answer any questions, set up a time to come to you, and then let you know what we find out. After we consult you we will make repairs on the spot, or we will schedule a time to return once we have the parts needed. Either way, you never have to lift a finger!
"When will you not come to me to service my cart?"
The short answer to this is, NEVER. We service a ten mile radius for no extra charge. We will come to you and all you will pay is for parts and/or labor if needed. There is a $100 service fee to come and check out what is happening. Once we give you a quote to repair it we will make a plan to repair it. If you choose to not have us repair is, then all you owe is the service fee. There is an additional fee to travel outside of the 10 mile radius but our goal is to service you so we always keep that minimal. We can give you an estimate on that as well!
"Can you help me with buying a cart?"
Currently we are a service company but we can absolutely help you in selecting the best cart (in our opinion) based on what your needs are. We are happy to help you out any way we can.
"My tires keep wearing out? What's the deal?"
This could be the obvious, simply that your tires are wearing out. It could be the type of tire you are selecting. It could also be a deeper issue with you balance, toe, camber, or another part underneath that is causing the issue. In many cases you are literally just wasting your money by buying new tires if there is another issue causing it. We can come and diagnose that as well as help you pick out new tires and put them on. We can rotate your existing tires so you can get the most use out of them. Regardless, we’ve got you covered.
"What kind of custom work do you do?"
We can do pretty much anything. We can help you customize the seats, steering, body, lights, audio, tires and wheels. We can also set you up with a custom lift for your cart. Whether you are wanting to fix it up for yourself or maybe fix it up to sell it, either way we can help make your cart something special. The possibilities are limitless!
